Description: 3-Story Apartment Building, HO Scale Based on a factory assembled mixed-use building (restaurant on first floor, residential top floors) that was further enhanced with paints, weathering, roof details, utility meter and graffiti. 2 painted warm white LED lights were also added. Pre-wired with extra resistors, they can be connected to 12V power. Bonus items include a custom-made commercial dumpster (see my other listings if you need more of these) and a trashcan. Measures approximately 3" x 4" at the base. Stands 4.25" tall. Photos are of the actual item for sale.
