In the extremely rare event that an order is damaged, the shipping costs have an extra layer of protection built in, which is insurance through U-PIC to cover your full purchase price to allow for hassle free replacements. 2) ITEM CONDITION and RETURNS: All of the items we sell are in NEAR MINT condition or BETTER unless it is specifically otherwise noted in the listing description.
