Description: 2008 All-Star Game All-Star design #1 Statues on Parade pin. This MLB licensed double post and butterfly clip backed pin measures about 1" wide, by 2-1/2" long. and is rimmed/backed in shiny silver tones. Included in the design is an All-Star logo, a large Yanks NY logo, "new York Yankees" in script, and white stars on a blue background. Another All Star logo is on the tablet in her left arm. This pin is one of a series of 42, each design of which replicates the Statues on Parade statues. There is one pin for each of the different 8-1/2' Statue of Liberty statues that were set up around New York City. Finding all the 9" replica statues, aside from the New York related team designs and All Star Game itself designs, is difficult and next to impossible, but the lapel pins are even worse.
