Description: UP FOR AUCTION! UNCUT LEBRON JAMES SAGE PANGOS RARE GOLD SHEET ESTIMATED ONLY 500 OF THESE EXIST! Few athletes have garnered so much attention so early in their careers as Lebron James. While still in high school he received the nickname "King" James and was being compared with the best players ever to set foot on the hardwood. Those predictions have proven not to be too hasty. Lebron has proceeded to be one of the most dominant players that the game has seen. While the collecting hobby was trying to get a hold of items from the high-schooler Lebron, we had to wait for him to be drafted to get our first official cards of him. SAGE, found a loophole in this process by providing cards for the Pangos tournament, featuring many of the best high school teams, held at UCLA. They distributed cards of the top players in the tournament at the event. A limited number (a few hundred) of gold uncut sheets were given to people involved with the tournament. Very few of these still exist intact as they were regularly cut up and submitted for grading. This listing is for one of the few remaining sheets. Beckett will grade these complete sheets but they have only ever graded two. One received a 7 and the other an 8. This mint sheet should grade higher than both of those. While it would be a shame to cut this sheet apart, you certainly have the potential for a Gem Mint or Pristine Lebron single card.
