This patterns is ~ CUT OUT. I notice the pattern has been cut to the shorter length. The pieces ARE in the package to re-attach if desired. I counted this pattern and guarantee it to be complete. ~ ABOUT THE PATTERNS ENVELOPE ~ The patterns envelope is in GOOD conditionwith HEAVIER wear and wrinkling on the covers & seams.
