Description: 1963-D over D Franklin Silver Half Dollar. Glowing Terminal Toning highlights the Black Reverse. The DDO evidence starts in the date area particularly but also extends to the LIBERTY Lettering which is clearly seen in the pics above. The RPM D over D could almost be seen as tripling but more investigation is needed beyond my loop which discovered a quad RPM on 2 seperate 1949-D's but more work is needed. It almost looks like a Proof or Proof Like on the Obverse epsecially but it's a Denver Minted coin that likely was EOR in a paper half roll which turned the one side dark swirling colors. The LIBERTY area is full of doubling and I took a picture which clearly shows it.
