Air-conditioned building will seat 700 persons in some 12,000 square feet of space including a 1000 sq. ft. choir loft. Owner is Josephite Fathers, Archdiocese of New Orleans. The masonry structure, designed by Patrick M. Allison & Associates, will have brick and marble interior walls, terrazzo flooring, acoustical tile ceiling, 55-foot bell tower, gardens along either side of nave.
