Other Notes: Part of a collection of photographs taken by a US Army Signal Corps photographer, Thierman, in WWII who was with the 165th Signal Corps Photo Company. Note when a date stamp is on the back it is often dated well after the event and when a "T" is shown I believe it means Thierman was the photographer. Also, "Doc" is a nickname for Thierman. Do not expect perfect photos. Often old photos have small creases and tears around the edges due to heavy use. Special Note: Some of the photos of Verviers have a handwritten date on the back of December 1944 which I take as when they actually were taken. Censor stamp date on the back can vary but they normally run between Jan. 1945 to May 1945.
