Born in 1892, Ruzzie Green was a prolific photographer who worked with a broad range of subject matter and genre's. He became well known and received critical acclaim for his commercial, glamour and fine art images. He photographed many of Hollywood's most famous stars and shot countless magazine covers for the finest magazines in America. Today his work is held in numerous important collections and museums throughout the world. The blocks for this vintage print were etched by the Beck Engraving Company of Philadelphia/New York and the resulting color separations and prints were produced in collaboration with the famous Condé Nast Company of New York City. This vintage color photo engraving is guaranteed to be authentic and comes with a hand signed CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA) from Finephoto. Computer scans simply cannot do justice nor render the soft color palette and rich tonality of the actual print itself. The watermark word "Finephoto" does not appear on the actual print.
