Description: Large Catholic Bible printed in 1869. Measures 13 1/4" tall X 10 5/8" wide and 4" thick. It was previously restored with the original leather from the covers and spine attached to a new outer shell, looks great. Some chips in the original leather. Covers are firmly attached, no loose pages. Some fraying to outer margins of pages, should be handled with care. Staining, foxing and matting throughout with some shadows from adjoining illustrations, everything is legible. The family pages have some entries. Good Bible, great piece of history.
